Landscape Laborer
Position: Full-time / Seasonal
Reports to: Crew Leader
Pay: Based on experience
About the Role
We’re hiring reliable, hardworking landscape laborers to join our crew. You’ll work outdoors year-round maintaining and installing residential and commercial landscapes.
Responsibilities
- Mow, edge, trim, and blow on maintenance routes
- Plant trees, shrubs, sod, and flowers
- Spread mulch, soil, and gravel
- Install and repair irrigation, hardscapes, and retaining walls
- Prune shrubs and small trees
- Load, unload, and clean equipment daily
- Maintain a clean, safe job site
- Follow all safety procedures and use required PPE
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work on your feet all day
- Comfortable working outdoors in heat, cold, and varying weather
- Reliable transportation to the shop for a 6:30 AM start
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Experience with mowers, trimmers, and blowers a plus (we’ll train the right person)
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Landscape Crew Driver
Position: Full-time / Seasonal
Reports to: Crew Leader
Pay: Based on experience and license class
About the Role
We’re hiring a dependable driver to transport crew, equipment, and materials to job sites and work alongside the crew throughout the day. This is a hands-on position — you’ll drive and do landscape work.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate company trucks and tow trailers loaded with mowers and equipment
- Transport crew members to and from job sites
- Load, secure, and unload equipment and materials
- Complete daily pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
- Report maintenance issues, damage, and fluid levels promptly
- Fuel vehicles and keep cabs and beds clean
- Haul debris, mulch, soil, and gravel to and from yards and dump sites
- Perform landscape maintenance and installation work with the crew
- Keep accurate mileage, fuel, and delivery logs
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record (MVR check required)
- Comfortable towing and backing trailers
- Able to lift 50 lbs repeatedly and work outdoors in all weather
- Reliable and on time for a 6:30 AM shop start
- CDL Class B a plus (not required for most routes)
- DOT medical card a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Tree Trimmer / Climber
Position: Full-time
Reports to: Crew Leader
Pay: Based on experience and certification
About the Role
We’re hiring an experienced tree trimmer to prune, remove, and maintain trees on residential and commercial properties. This is skilled, safety-critical work for someone who’s comfortable at height and around heavy equipment.
Responsibilities
- Climb trees using rope and saddle, or work from an aerial lift
- Prune, thin, shape, and deadwood trees to industry standards
- Perform tree removals, including sectional takedowns and rigging
- Operate chainsaws, pole saws, chippers, and stump grinders
- Set rigging lines and lower limbs safely near structures and utilities
- Maintain safe clearance from power lines and follow all approach distances
- Inspect and maintain climbing gear, ropes, and saws daily
- Set up work zones with cones, signage, and traffic control as needed
- Chip brush, load logs, and clean up job sites thoroughly
- Communicate clearly with ground crew and follow all safety protocols
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 2+ years tree care experience (climbing experience strongly preferred)
- Proficient with chainsaws and rigging equipment
- Able to lift 50+ lbs, climb, and work at height all day
- Comfortable working outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license; clean MVR
- Willing to follow ANSI Z133 safety standards and wear required PPE at all times
- ISA Certified Arborist or Certified Tree Worker a plus
- CDL Class B and aerial lift certification a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

Irrigation Technician
Position: Full-time
Reports to: Irrigation Manager / Crew Leader
Pay: Based on experience and certification
About the Role
We’re hiring an irrigation technician to install, troubleshoot, and repair sprinkler and drip systems on residential and commercial properties. You’ll work independently on service calls and with the crew on new installs.
Responsibilities
- Install sprinkler and drip systems, including trenching, pipe pulling, and head placement
- Diagnose and repair broken heads, valves, lateral lines, and mainlines
- Troubleshoot electrical faults using a multimeter and wire tracker
- Program and adjust controllers, timers, rain sensors, and smart systems
- Perform seasonal startups, backflow testing, and winterizations/blowouts
Requirements
- 18 years or older
- 1+ years irrigation installation or repair experience
- Basic understanding of low-voltage electrical and hydraulics
- Able to lift 50 lbs, dig, and work on knees outdoors in all weather
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Comfortable working directly with homeowners and property managers
- Backflow prevention certification a plus (or willingness to obtain)
- Irrigation Association CIT/CID certification a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus

CDL Driver — Commercial Mulching
Position: Full-time
Reports to: Operations Manager / Dispatch
Pay: Based on experience and endorsements
About the Role
We’re hiring a CDL driver to haul mulch, soil, and compost from our yard to commercial job sites and customer locations. You’ll run scheduled routes, operate a dump or walking-floor trailer, and work closely with loader operators and blower crews.
Responsibilities
- Operate Class A or B trucks hauling bulk mulch, soil, and compost
- Load and dump product safely, including tarping loads before transport
- Run daily routes to commercial sites, nurseries, and residential deliveries
- Complete DOT pre-trip and post-trip inspections and log defects
- Maintain accurate ELD/hours-of-service records and delivery tickets
- Coordinate with dispatch on route changes and delivery windows
- Assist with yard loading, product staging, and blower truck operation as needed
- Inspect tires, brakes, lights, hydraulics, and fluid levels daily
- Keep truck clean and report maintenance issues promptly
- Represent the company professionally with customers on site
Requirements
- 21 years or older
- Valid CDL Class A or B in good standing
- Current DOT medical card
- Clean MVR — no major violations in the past 3 years
- Pass DOT drug and alcohol testing, including pre-employment and random
- 1+ years commercial driving experience (dump or bulk hauling preferred)
- Comfortable backing, tarping, and dumping in tight commercial lots
- Able to lift 50 lbs and work outdoors in all weather
- Air brake endorsement required; tanker/doubles a plus
- Loader or skid steer experience a plus
- Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
